Deseler ki metropol kentler içerisindeki devasa parkları sayın, gittiğim gördüğüm yerlerin başında Vondelpark gelirdi. Tabii artık klişe olan Central Park'ı saymazsak. Her ne kadar dünya metropolleri kadar büyük bir kent olmasa da, Amsterdam yoğunluğu çok yüksek bir şehir. 2015 baharında gittiğimde kentin yaklaşık nüfusu 800 binlerde iken, kentteki bisiklet sayısı da 880 bin civarındaydı. 

Bu da kentin yoğunluğunun göstergelerinden biri. Nitekim, bisiklet kazaları sık sık meydana geliyor. Sadece bisiklet yoğunluğu değil, über turistik bir şehir olduğundan dolayı turist ve trafik kalabalığı da yabana atılacak gibi değil.

Vondelpark ve tabelanın ''I'' ile ''A'' arasında tüm ihtişamı ile poz veren ''Can the one hit Road!''

Bundan ötürü, derseniz ki kafa dinleyelim diye geldik tee buralara, size Vondelpark'ı önerebilirim. Bir dipnotu belirtmeden geçemeyeceğim. Kuvvetle muhtemel bildiğiniz üzere, hani şu Iamsterdam tabelası vardır. Kendisinin bir tanesi ''Museumplein'' adındaki müze bölgesindedir ki bu bölgede o güzelim müzeler ve muhteşem binalar poz verirken asıl kalabalığın Iamsterdam tabelası önünde, arkasında, üstünde altında ve bilumum yerinde poz veren gençler ile dolu olması. Anlıyorum, cümleyi içselleştirmeniz zaman alabilir. Ve fakat aynı tabelanın Vondelpark'ta bulunup civarında hiç kimsenin olmaması da trajikomik bir hadisedir. Ki bendeniz, yukarıda gördüğünüz fotoğrafta olduğu gibi, bu doğa harikası Vondelpark ve poz vermeden dönersem rüyalarıma girecek olan (!) ''IAmsterdam tabelası önünde pozumu vermeden dönmedim. Park fazlasıyla büyük, ben de tamamını gezmedim. Aşağıda görmüş olduğunuz fotoğrafı da dakikalar içinde havanın kapanıp yağmurun yağdığı, o esnada güneşin de tüm bölgeyi aydınlattığı bir anda çektim. Gördüğünüz gibi kara bulutlar bağırıyor, ancak gölge yok. Buradan hareketle, havasının genellikle değişken ve soğuk olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Zira, Mayıs ayında yağmurluk ile pek bunaldığımı söyleyemeyeceğim. 

Bunun dışında, Amsterdam için aşırı pahalı denir, fakat şehrin, daha doğrusu turistik bölgenin dışına çıktığınız zaman göreceksiniz ki 2 € 'ya güzel kupalar bulabilirsiniz. İçinizden diyorsunuz şimdi, ulen ala ala kupa mı aldın, o an işime yarayan oydu diyebilirim. Amsterdam, rüya gibi bir şehir, ömürlük. Benim size naçizane önerim, ilk gidişte tabii turistik bir gezi yapabilirsiniz ve fakat benim gibi doğa aşığı olan ve yerel gezi yapmayı seven biri olarak, Vondelpark gibi, yahut Jordaan gibi bölgeleri görüp yerel halk ile birebir iletişimde bulunmanız. Bir önceki cümlem aşırı klişe içerikli blogger cümlesi içerebilir. Fakat gerçekler bunlar benim gözümden. Jordaan bölgesinde kayak yapan gençleri izlemek benim için büyük keyifti mesela.

Şimdilik aklıma gelen bunlar, kapsamlı bir Amsterdam rehberi çıkarmayacağım aşikar. Takip eden binlerce (!) takipçimin bildiği üzere, fotoğraflar üzerinden birtakım paylaşımlarda bulunuyorum.

If you ask me for the huge public parks among the large cities, Vondelpark would be the leading one among the parks I have visited. Of course, if I do not regard the Central Park among those which is already a cliche about this issue. Despite the fact that Amsterdam is not big as much as other metropolitans, density is noticeably high in Amsterdam. When I visited there in 2015, the population was about Eight Hundred Thousand, while the number of bicycles were Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand.

Those data is one of the indications about the density. Hence, bicycle accidents happen frequently. On the other hand, not only density of bikers but also touristic crowd and traffic jam are nothing to sneeze at because Amsterdam is highly touristic attraction.

Museumplein - Amsterdam

That's why, if you think I came here from all the way to relax, you should visit Vondelpark. I can't help saying that there is a sign called ''IAMsterdam'' as you are possibly familiar with. One of them is at ''Museumplein Area'' in Amsterdam where all wonderful museums and buildings make an appearance, but IAMsterdam Sign is full of primary crowd who are mainly youngsters posing above, behind, and beneath of it. I understand that preceding sentence may be a bit complicated. Nevertheless, the sign which is exactly the same with the other is at the Vondelpark where nobody is posing around, and this is really tragicomic incident. As you see in the photo above, me myself and I did not leave posing in wonderful Vondelpark next to IAMsterdam Sign which would haunt my dreams if I did otherwise. Vondelpark is huge, so I did not see all of it. As you see following, I took that photo while it was both raining and sun is shining all around the region within the minutes in the overcast weather. Again preceding one may be complicated owing to wealthiness of  Turkish Language. As you see, dark clouds are screaming, but there is no shade. From this point, I can say that the weather of Amsterdam is so changeable and cooold. Yet, I can't say that I felt hot while wearing a raincoat in May.

Besides, it is said that Amsterdam is uber expensive. But when you leave the touristic area, you will see that you can buy nice mugs for 2 €. I am sure you are thinking about now is this best you can buy. I can say that it was convenient back then. Amsterdam is just like a wonderland, it is for life. Humbly, that's for sure you can have a touristic trip for the first time. Nevertheless, if you love to visit local attractions and if you are a nature lover just like me, you should definitely visit places such as Jordaan and Vondelpark being in touch with local people face to face. Attention, the previous ''blogger'' sentence may contain excessive cliches! But this is truth for me, for example it was really fun for me to watching the skateboarders riding.

For now, those came to my mind. It is obvious that I would not make a comprehensive guide for Amsterdam. As my thousands (!) of followers know, I am sharing my photographs along with some thoughts of mine.
